Paper work and becoming more orginized

I've had jobs in the past that I was able to coast by on with semi-good organizational skills but since staring to work with MBC/Hooligans and Mike its become very obvious those days are over!
In that last month its been a sharp learning curve of filing paperwork in different folders, putting those folders in the file cabinet, making sure all the "T's" are crossed and "i's" dotted on official paper work to the city/state and having it all arrive on time so we can stick to our tight schedule to open by December. I'm by no means complaining about this just sad that it's taken me this long to become organized.
So as a part of that I've started using evernote as stated in the previous post. Linking my phone, ipod, email, and computer all together and available offline has helped tremendously! Actually labeling folders AND filing them all in one setting as really opened up the desktop.
All in all it's been a very good thing for me. I'm committed to making the most of this opportunity to work for a successful business and learn all the in's and outs of opening and running a successful restaurant/bar/casino. Many more hurdles are in the very near future but I'm ready for them.
